This is the first batch of images that I shot from Michael Jackson's Memorial Service at the Staples Center. I was not able to get tickets, but was not disappointed by the turn-out in the streets. All around the Staples Center people were dancing, laughing, singing, cheering, crying, and hugging. The King of pop is dead and people showed up to celebrate his life, with or without tickets.

On Sunday hundreds of families gathered at the Star Education Eco Center, in Los Angeles, to celebrate Earth Day with musical performances, dancing, celebrity guests, skateboarding, dunk tanks, interactive art, food and greener intentions.
