Kiki and Kenna's Magical Fossilized Droolry

These photos are a collaboration by myself, Jeremy Hayes, Kim Shay, and Matthew Ancer. 

This set of images is a thank you to Kiki and Kenna two fantastically whimsical hawaiian sunshine muses who make jaw dropping jewelry (droolry by my opinion) in Venice, Ca and through some miraculous turn of events are also my very dear friends.
For my birthday this month my Pineapple Princess, Kenna, helped me adopt this beautiful fossilized mollusk shell complemented by topaz stones (my birth stones) strung along a beautiful long chain necklace.
After I purchased this wonder of science and art I was given raffle tickets to throw in on their 1st Year Anniversary raffle... Lo and behold, I won this Aqua Aura Quartz Crystals necklace which somehow worked seamlessly with the other necklace. Luck of the Irish, and Birthday Magic, thank you for your help.

and other strange poses I find myself making when my mom refuses to model, and I end up crab walking on a stump....  it was a pretty place though, and the rain fell lightly all afternoon. We walked through woods and islands connected by bridges, the world seemed deceptively quiet.

colors of Hart

Hart, Michigan is home to some of the most amazing autumn colors I can remember. They made my eyes explode.

While driving along the backroads we found an overgrown apple orchard. The grass was long and folded, the tree branches hung low weighed down with gigantic red fruits.  The ground was littered with apples, hundreds of them, freshly fallen and still glistening on the ground.

Everything looked delicious and neglected so I took a few apples and a few photos too with the help of my talented mother.

Thanks mom. Thanks orchard. Sorry farmers who lost their magical orchard to the bank.
